Lawnscaping 100th Challenge Birthday Celebration!

Hello friends!  Today is a special day! It's Lawnscaping Challenge's 100th challenge if you can believe it!  I have been invited as a special party guest by Design Team Member Elise Constable. I'm beyond excited to be participating in this fun party!  The challenge theme is birthday celebration!

Here is the card I created for the challenge:

I decided to make an underwater birthday scene using Lawn Fawn's "Critters in the Sea" and "Whale you be Mine" stamp sets.  I started by creating an ocean background with some Twinkling H20 watercolor paints.  I used Lawn Fawn's "Stitched Hillside Border" dies to to create a wave-like appearance and to add movement to the scene.
